Monisha Dabek, Chief Operations Officer

Monisha Dabek, Chief Operating Officer is an accomplished executive and leader in the management consulting, sales, brand marketing, innovation and strategy arenas. “With our supply chain, research and development work positioned to support global brand growth, we will catapult this historic cooperative into the next 100 years,” noted Dabek. “Working on behalf of small family farms is what absolutely sets Ocean Spray apart. It is incredibly rewarding to lead at an organisation driven by such a strong purpose, and I am thrilled to bring our end-to-end value chain together, operate more holistically and enable stronger returns for our farmer-owners.” Monisha leads management of Ocean Spray’s USA Commercial, International & Ingredients Commercial, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, and Research, Development, & Sustainability teams. Prior to this role, she served as Ocean Spray’s Chief Commercial Officer and GM USA. In that role, she led the cooperative's Sales, Brand Elevation and Marketing, Innovation Ecosystem, Consumer Insights and Demand Planning as the owner of the P&L for the cooperative’s U.S. region. Prior to Ocean Spray, Dabek was with Danone, with roles centered in the Sales and Brand marketing organisations, spanning leadership positions in Plant Based Food & Beverage (Silk, SoDelicious) and launching the successful cold brew coffee brand Stok. She has also held sales, strategy, and other leadership positions with known industry leaders, including PepsiCo and Accenture. Throughout her career, Monisha has led cross functional teams, managed P&L’s, and driven successful communications and innovation efforts for new brand launches and restages. She also has developed extensive sales expertise through her customer facing and HQ leadership roles, as well as experience across DSD & Warehouse, and multi-temperature supply chain networks.
